Hive Home helped our clients design their Main Bath as part of a larger addition to their Spanish home in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles. When we met them for our first consultation they greeted us with fancy coffee in Heath Ceramics mugs so we knew right off the bat we were a perfect fit!
Sticking with a neutral palette we were able to give them the bright modern bathroom they envisioned, while keeping it grounded with rich textures: concrete terrazzo floors, masculine matte black fixtures, concrete sinks and, of course, Heath tile. They have plenty of storage with an oversized niche, ledge, and custom vanity. Being in the space you feel transported: maybe a spa in Sydney? A hotel in Sweden? Nope. We’re this cool in LA.
